Biography

Lizz Westman spent her childhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She has two parents and a brother.
They moved to the suburbs when Lizz was the ripe age of 7.
She hated the suburbs. (Still does.)
She read a lot. (Still does.)
She had a wonderful dog named Sailor.
She watched hours upon hours of television. (Still does.)
She attended many rock concerts. (Not so much anymore.)
She went to Grinnell College and majored in American Studies.
Lizz has lived in New York, Chicago, Paris, Washington D.C.
She now lives in Los Angeles.
Lizz has written for a few publications. And then a couple more. And even a few after that.
Sometimes you can see her on G4 TV.
Her real job is at CBS 2 in Los Angeles.
She puts the ALWAYS in CBS 2's *always on*.
Lizz has worked for some form of a dot com for almost 8 years, even during the bad ones.
She adopted her dog, Oliver, from the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago.
Oliver is named after cousin Oliver from the Brady Bunch, whom Lizz met once at a party.
She hates florescent lighting. And malls. And wet sleeves.
She likes apples. And scrabble. And rainy days. And soup.
She’s rather accident-prone.
And a vegetarian.
Actually she’s been a vegetarian on and off for over 15 years.
That’s about it.
